Instructions
- If you would like to change your password, click the "CHANGE PASSWORD" link in the window. Provide your TNC email, your current password, and the new password (twice).
- If you have forgotten your password and want to reset it, click the "RESET PASSWORD" link in the window. On screen #1, provide the email address for your TNC account and hit the "Send Request" button. After you submit, a code will be sent to your mobile phone. On screen #2, enter the code to reset your password in the Enter Security Code box. Click the "Validate" button. On screen #3 enter your new password twice and hit the "Reset" button. NOTE: You must add your mobile phone number to your CONNECT profile to use this option.
